Are there pre-requisites to joining or entering at Level 1?

Yes - you will need to complete Foundation Level - The New Menopause Biology, to the required standard.

Our courses are most suited to those with experience of working with clients in a wellness setting, but we regularly accept students who are seeking new careers in menstrual health and menopause care. If you have any specific concerns please email us and we will arrange to speak with you one to one.

How is Level 1 structured?

Following on from The New Menopause Biology the curriculum of Level 1 delivers an in-depth look at cycle tracking, phase-based variations, and client supportive tools across five key area.

What's the difference between Level 1 and Level 2?

Level 1 - will give you the skills and knowledge to support clients of all ages, wherever they are on the menstrual health timeline. You will be able to confidently mentor others from menstruation to menopause, and integrate our methods into the work you already do. Certification is achieved via quizzes only. Self-paced pre-recorded learning.

Level 2 - provides additional skills that focus on perimenopause transition as a specialist service or workshop. Menopause Doulas can guide, nurture and support. You will learn how to apply Menopause Talking Therapy in live settings. Certification is achieved via quizzes and one Case Study. Self-paced learning, with a fixed start + finish date. Plus LIVE group mentoring lessons.

How many assessments in Level 1?

There are x 3 quiz style assessments requiring 85% pass rate to achieve certification. No Case Study
