" Thanks so much for your email. I actually signed up today, and have taken a deep dive into the first two modules. Your program is AMAZING! Exactly what I’ve been looking for. I’ve completed a number of menopause focused trainings, but they all made me feel like a total imposter, especially with respect to guidance on diet and exercise and other stuff. What your program is providing is a way of talking about menopause scientifically, without feeling like I’m bullshitting (pardon my French) my way along as a quasi-expert on nutrition or exercise. Well done - I love it!!"

"If you’re looking to learn more about menopause for yourself or to support others, Fiona Catchpowle and The Menopause School are an absolute must. All the material is 100% science-based, and Fiona’s depth of knowledge is unparalleled—if she doesn’t know it, it probably doesn’t exist!

I am proud to be a certified menopause doula through The Menopause School and cannot recommend it enough. On a personal level, I was struggling with my own symptoms when I began my journey, and this program provided me with both knowledge and practical tools that have been invaluable. Whether you’re navigating menopause yourself or want to empower others, The Menopause School is an incredible resource. Five stars without hesitation!"

I thoroughly enjoyed my journey through the Menopause Doula course. Fiona provides a solid biological backdrop to the journey from puberty to menopause and beyond and while I considered myself to be fairly knowledgeable at the start, I felt that I learned an awful lot. The course is well written, accessible and the unit tests ensure that the learner has consolidated the salient part of each module. Completing the case studies allowed me to gain confidence in my knowledge, and I liked the fact that these were submitted one at a time, ensuring that each built on from the previous one. All in all, an excellent course that I am happy to recommend.

Fiona’s warmth and expertise shine through every aspect of the program, turning each module, coaching session, and community call into a masterclass filled with invaluable insights and wisdom about the menopause journey.

Thank you, Fiona, for creating such an amazing course and for sharing your incredible knowledge and expertise with such generosity.

This year I completed my certification as a menopause doula at this school, oh amazing place, I recommend it to all women who want to become menopause doulas and help other women through the menopausal transition. The course leader is a professional who is always there for you to help you through the next steps of certification. I recommend from the bottom of my heart both the place and the professional knowledge that is transmitted there. Menopause Doula, Ewa from Poland ;)

There is a lot of jargon used by medical professionals that feels like a way to keep us confused, premenopausal (I get that one), peri menopausal (nope), menopausal(yes) and postmenopausal (yes). Another thing I was never given was a timeline of the events, the when. I had no idea at what stage I was on the list so I assumed menopausal.

So the evening of the 10th of July, I finished work at 6.15 got myself to The Keepers for 7pm and in all honesty ( I'm sorry for this bit Fiona) I didn't hold out much hope that it would be anything that would help. My expectation was of finding a sunny patch of grass, surrounded by other women who got my predicament but no pot of gold.

I can now quite honestly say Fiona has changed my life and definitely saved the rest of it from being, in truth, the pity party it was becoming. That may sound dramatic but to me the whole experience has been one of the biggest revelations of my life. The way Fiona has taken us back not to the beginning of our menopause but to the beginning of puberty and then told the story forward from there put everything into context, it was amazing. Her language made it accessible, her knowledge made it fascinating and her personal experience made it real. I was in awe.

If my 'period talk' at school had been along the lines Fiona gave and not 'you need periods to get pregnant and here is a box of tampax!' it would have changed my world then exponentially more than it has done now!
